Meet Dr. Toby Bond, Internist
Dr. Bond grew up in suburban Atlanta. He holds degrees from both UGA and the Medical College of Georgia. During medical school, he was chosen for a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dr. Bond has been in practice in Georgia for more than 25 years. He served as Senior Associate in the Department of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine and Emory Clinic. He also served as an inpatient physician as well as the Chief of Department of Internal Medicine and Family Practice at St. Mary’s.

Mandy Stephens
Nurse Practitioner
Mandy Stephens is a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner. Mandy received her bachelor’s degree from the Medical College of Georgia and her master’s degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham. She is credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family practice. She has worked many years in urology, hospital medicine, and now internal medicine and holds certifications in the field of aesthetics. Mandy joined TMB Medical in 2016.
Ashley Hardeman
Nurse Practitioner
Ashely is a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. Ashley grew up in Oconee County, Georgia. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She then worked in the areas of critical care nursing and cardiothoracic surgery for five years. She received her master’s degree in nursing with a specialty in Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. Ashley joined TMB Medical in 2021.
Treva Peace
Physician Assistant
Treva Peace is an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with a concentration in Adults and Gerontology. She received her BSN at Indiana State University and her MSN at South University. Her clinical practice reflects her clinical expertise of more than 13 years of service. She’s served as a rehabilitation nurse, medical surgical nurse with specialized training in wound care and she now serves as an a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine.

TMB Medical works on a one-on-one level with patients to craft a personalized Health & Wellness plan. The plans address the scope of current health conditions and issues the patient might face as well as integrate in proactive preventive and wellness components too. These plans enable patients to take control of their health and wellness.
TMB Medical is known in the greater Athens area as having the longest patient visits given the dedication of the TMB Team to a personalized, interactive, “all questions-answered” patient experience.
At TMB Medical a comprehensive physical exam serves as a foundation of personalized health and wellness programs. The physical includes the monitoring of vital signs like blood pressure and breathing rates, cardiac EKGs, lab testing including Covid-19 testing, urine screening and cancer screening.
Based on the results of the exam, Dr. Bond posts the test results on the patient’s electronic portal and serve as a dashboard for ongoing health management and pro-active wellness programs. The electronic portal can be accessed from a smart phone, smart pad or desk-top computer.

TMB Medical is located at 1181 Langford Drive, Building #200, suite #105 (see adjacent map). If you are interested in setting up a personalized Health and Wellness plan, please call us at 706-548-9655. We are open Monday-Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Fridays 8:00am – 2:00pm. We are closed Noon – 1pm Monday-Friday for lunch.
